Privacy information.
How Site Voyance Ltd handles website enquiries and information about proposed technical assessment services.
Data controller and processing responsibilities
Site Voyance Ltd (company number 16287849) is responsible for personal information supplied directly through its public website enquiry and privacy forms. For candidate assessments referred by agencies or employers, responsibilities depend on the written service arrangement. We will identify the relevant controller and the Site Voyance role before accepting candidate information.
Website enquiries
We collect your name, business contact details, organisation, enquiry type and message to reply to your request, prepare a proposal and keep a proportionate record of business correspondence. Our proposed lawful basis for ordinary business enquiries is legitimate interests in responding to requests and managing business relationships, subject to the company's documented assessment of those interests. We do not use this form to collect candidate records, ID documents or special category information.
Information handling and service providers
Where the site is hosted on Netlify, Netlify will process form submissions on our behalf. Access to submissions and notification emails must be restricted to authorised personnel. Assessment information will not be accepted through the website forms. Before candidate assessments begin, Site Voyance will confirm the roles of the data controllers and processors, contract terms, approved service providers, appropriate security arrangements and relevant international transfer safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention
For ordinary business enquiries that do not result in a client engagement, a proposed retention period is up to 12 months after the last substantive communication, subject to the company's documented retention review. Information should be deleted earlier where no longer needed. Any longer retention must have an appropriate reason. Candidate records, assessment working papers and reports will have separately approved retention and secure deletion arrangements before live delivery.
Candidate assessment information
The proposed assessment service may involve candidate identifiers, role and qualification information, identity verification, technical interview responses, assessment records and Technical Verification Reports. Before any live booking, the parties must agree responsibility for privacy notices, lawful bases, access, any recording, storage, recipients, retention and deletion. The candidate must receive appropriate privacy information before data is transferred for assessment. Site Voyance does not make solely automated employment decisions; employers remain responsible for recruitment and practical competence checks.
Your information rights
Subject to applicable conditions and exemptions, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, or object to certain processing. We will identify the appropriate organisation to respond if the data is held on behalf of a recruitment client. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Submit privacy queries using the form below.
